I loved the movie! But... argh, it did a pretty good job reminding me that my english comprehension still needs work (reading is okay, but watching movies is kinda tough sometimes). I'm pretty sure I missed some details of the plot. (it's okay, it gives me an excuse to buy it when it'll come out on DVD)

Brad was awesome, as usual ^^ It's so nice to see him on the big screen again. For some reason, I thought he looked younger there than in other recent movies (like Halloween 2 or Humboldt County). I'm not exactly sure why. His character seemed like a good guy, and he even managed to survive at the end of the movie! (that was kinda surprising, since Nicolas Cage's character was constantly waving his gun under everyone's nose ) His part was kinda small, but he had a couple of nice scenes.

Talking about Nicolas Cage... well, I thought he was great ^^ I'm not especially a fan of the guy (he's okay, but most of his recent movies bore me.), but I had lot of fun watching him play the "bad lieutenant" He looked so messed up, and had many funny lines too. (some of them are in the movie trailer, BTW. Go see it!)

Some really samll parts of the movie reminded me vaguely of the Wild Blue Yonder... I think it was the music (really nice soundtrack, BTW. I'd buy it, if I ever have the chance), and some other moments where everyting was completely still. But still, it was a very different movie. I'll need to see other movies made by Herzog. Too bad they're kinda hard to find here, most of the time.

I hope other Dourif fans here are gonna have the chance to see that movie too! It's worth it ^^

Finished to read IT today, just before going to work. What a great beautiful book! Beautiful and terrifying. I really should have read this one a long time ago. Pure instant classic.

... Halloween 2 will finally be in cinemas next week I just saw the trailer on TV, and I can't wait to finally see that movie. Brad Dourif and Richard Brake and Weird Al Yankovic, oh my!

...I'm still reading IT. This book is PURE GENIUS. I just love how King can always create this bunch of characters, and manage to make them so lovable (my fav is Ben Hanscom, BTW). Of course, I also have a Huge Moment of Happiness everytime there's an allusion to the Dark Tower serie.

Lovable characters, links to my favorite books serie ever... but there still are also Huge Moments of Terror. OMG. I think I'll never eat another fortune cookie without feeling sick.

b.) I mostly keep to myself, so I just try to get better by listening some music. It works well, most of the time.

a.) Nope.

a.) It’s really high (at least I think so), but I’m terrible at some things. I’m not really good at reading or writing, for example…

c.) I dunno, average I suppose. I could’ve been good at school, but it wasn’t a good environment for me… I’m good when it comes to practice, but I suck at theory.

a.) Hem… well, my files here talk about er… wait a minute… “acute violent… psy-cho-sis”? Er… so, there’s that and… hum… some form of paranoia, I think… Whatever.

c.) Nah… No link with the family anymore. But it’s ok. The people I help are like my own family now.

b.) Nah, I’ve always been lucky with that. My life has always been smooth… I’ve had ups and downs like everyone, but there’s nothing that I’d call “tragic”.

a.) When I finally ran away from home. Best night of my life… And then lack of medication almost killed me, which was super painful. But then I met Peter, so things weren’t all that bad!
b.) Hum… that’s a good question. I dunno. When my father took me to see that awesome Police concert when I was 11? My brother was with us, it was such a great night. One of the few times where my brother was at the right place at the right moment. That never happened often.
c.) I dunno… when I met Lor, I think.

a.) Yeah, but it’s ok. I don’t need anyone to be happy! I had Eli, but I don’t care if she left. She was just a waste of time anyway.
b.) Still am, yep. I still don’t have the courage I need to go talk to Scott…
c.) I don’t plan on being in couple one day, y’know. I have more important things to do, I don’t have a lot of time for myself.
